Text of Complaint by Nithya lakshmi P:

I have ordered a JBL ENDURANCE Run BT headset on 18.01.2020 and I gave fast delivery option to be delivered on the next day(19.01.2020). I have received an empty box without any product and the delivery man didn’t deliver the product in my hand, he has just delivered to my hostel watchman and also he didn’t contact me before arriving to my place and updated that I have received the product in my hand. The Amazon customer service asked me to wait for 5 days for investigation process and finally updated me that they have closed my issue stating that the product has delivered to me on the date of delivery.Please help me out with this issue
