Text of Complaint by Aditi:

I ordered a Noise Smartwatch from Amazon on 21st August, 2022 but I
wanted to return it so I raised a return request on 24th August, 2022.
The item got picked up from my place on 27th August,2022 and I was told
that I will get my refund within 3-5 business days. (Please refer the
attachment below for your reference)

After waiting till 10th September,2022, I called customer care for a
refund and was told that I will get my refund on 14th September, 2022.
Today is 20th September, 2022 and my refund is still pending.

I am being informed that I returned a different item and so I won’t
get any refund. Ridiculous!

This is absolutely not possible as I returned the same Noise watch that I
received and even with the same packaging. Moreover, the Amazon Delivery
boy who came for pickup checked the watch and then took it back. Had the returned product be different, he would not have accepted it.

Maybe some issue might have happened at Amazon’s delivery boy’s end who came
for pickup or seller’s end, not sure, but from my end exactly the same item was returned. It was no different than what I received.

Please help me get my refund and save me from fraud.
