Hi Team,
i have ordered micromax 109cm and IFB 6kg washing machine on 17th April.
After the product was opened we did not like the product so i decided to return the items, but the customer care of Amazon team denied saying that they will not return the product untill any damage to the product.
i also ordered few house hold items like curtains and kitchen accessories, when i set return for these products they accepted the return. my concern is when they can replace the items worth 500 Rs or less than that, why cannot they return the products for which i spent almost 40000Rs though i had 10days return window showing on the amazon screen.
