I have purchased one Air Conditioner of make- Cruise, capacity – 1.5 ton through Amazon website. The AC was delivered on date.12.04.2024 and no technician came for installation after 14 days of delivery. Then I returned the AC from date.19.04.2024. But there was no call received from Amazon or any courier received for pickup of the return AC.i am attaching the invoice for your reference. Please take necessary steps for early return and pick up of the AC
