Text of Complaint by Ajay Pandit:

I had purchased HP laptop on Amazon,Deatails of the order are as below.

Order Date 29 Jan 2021
Order # 404-7679735-7843525
Order total # 69,141.49
I had made the purchase of this order on Amazon website using my Amazon pay card # 4315 8101 5863 3002.

Unfortunately the received product was damanged hence I request to arrange the pick up and release my payment on the caredit card.

In last 2 months time Amazon has failed to pick the product. Almost 9 time the request has been made  but there is no effort that has been done by Amazon to pick the product subsequently my payment is also not released yet I have taken follow up with Amazon many time but in vain. My concern is not resolved and my money is stuch meaninglessly.

Request you to look into the matter and do the needful. Please let   me know if I have to provide any further information to you.
