Text of Complaint by Rohit Ray:

I mistakenly entered wrong card information while placing an order on amazon. Amazon put my account on hold since it detected some unusual activity due to wrong card details. I mailed them 15 times and sent them my documents for proof of my identity, but it has been 2 weeks, no response from their side. What should I do?
