I returned one plus buds because it dint connect to my phone.. But amazon is not issuing my refund as it is saying that is not in proper condition.. I m saying either issue the refund but if u r not issuing the refund then give that product to me back.. I retuned it on 31th august…till 3rd my refund shud be issued but now they r refusing.. Beforeit, they said they will provide upto 3rd sept..
