I have ordered some products from amazon that was prepaid.when i was out of the town .courier service marked my products as delivered without handed over to anyone.when i returned,i have checked cctv footage where courier service didnt deliver my product.After that i have raised a complain in amazon customer care then amazon has blocked my account by saying that i m having high number of returns .They didnt deliver my products for which i have already paid.also I have purchased some products from amazon but due to size or some issue ,i had to return products.(when my account was active).My all products have been picked by courier service and status is showing return received but when i am asking my refund they are saying my account is blocked so they cant give my refund.
When amazon has received my product ,why they are not giving my money back.
- I need my money which is of around 20k.
