I have ordered MI 11X from Amazon on 3rd Oct 2021
As it has issues with proximity sensors I have received the replacement
Still, It had issues, Customer Care representative Kausatuv Promised,
I’ll get my refund amount of 26999 in my account.

They have given a partial refund and denied the remaining amount

Can you please help me?
