Text of Complaint by Sadhasivam M:

I have ordered a product from Amazon (ORDER # 406-0430082-7517968) on 20 Oct 2020. On 27th Oct Delivery agent called me and told me that the item will be delivered on 28th Oct. Immediately I received a message saying that ‘Item delivered’. The item was not delivered in the next 10 days. I escalated the issue with Amazon and subsequently got the refund.

I ordered the same product with Amazon (ORDER # 406-7729551-2002743) on 29th Nov 2020. The delivery agent asked me to collect the item from his office rather than delivering at my house. I raised this incident and rude behavior of agent with amazon and I was promised that the item will be delivered before 16th Dec. But I have not received the item. When I contacted  Amazon, they told me that they will ask the seller to deliver it on a priority basis. But immediately I got a mail that the amount will be refunded citing that “refusal to accept the delivery”.  I never asked to cancel the order rather I insisted on quick delivery. Also, I didn’t wait for 1 month to cancel the order that too with blame pointed towards me.

I am attaching some of the earlier conversations with the amazon agent. I seek stringent action and amazon and delivery agencies who take the customer for granted and annoy them.
