I am seller on amazon, I am facing issue of my product not getting deliver by pick-up person, I have complain in amazon multiple times that my products are not being picked up and the orders are getting cancel, but there is none to listen, in spite of helping me out amazon have blocked my listing stating i am unable to deliver product to customer, amazon is harassing me mentally and making me follow up on which they are not working.
The message sent to amazon but no response
“I have launched multiple complain that amazon person didnt come o pick up my order since last 3 days, and because of amazon delay my order has got cancel,
in spite of checking and reviewing all the cases you have blocked my listing stating, “I was failed to deliver to customer” this is pure harassment, i have decided to file complain againts amazon for harassment, after giving multiple complain and explaining the problems, without checking all the previous case you have blocked my listing, I am putting all the call record, cases, mail on social media, consumer forum page and filing case”
