i had order package on Amazon on 20th April and Amazon promised to deliver that package same day before 10 pm, i was waiting for the delivery agent to call me , i didn’t got any call instead i got mail that delivery was attempted and could not deliver package today will try to deliver next day, on 21 April also i didn’t got my package, i had paid yearly package for being prime member and i not getting prime service. please look into this matter, take action against delivery partner they make all this situation by not delivering orders on time, updating fake reason on their app.
