I purchased a mobile cover from amazon and it will deleverd on 12 nov and then i return it because its very low quality and cheap product then next day on 13 nov i return it and in the amazon order section it shows that my payment is refunded but i can’t get it then the next day i contact to amazon and they told me for wait till 18 nov then after that i wait for that time but i can’t get it then they told me wait 48 hours after that we gave you reference number and with that you can contact to your bank i say ok please did this ASAP but after 48 hours i contacted there and on 21 nov they told me that we will raised a ticket for you so you get your reference number so please kindly wait for 5 working days which is end on 26 but i can’t get any response from there or any other thing no refund no reference number then i contact again on 27 then they again say sorry and raise a ticket again and told me for wait till 3 december but when i call him again they again told me for wait till 13 November now please you tell me is this a joke they always ask me for more time more and more time i want now compensation for this or now amazon is doing scam so ban amazon in india
