Hi Team,

I have purchased two products one is Milton Plasko and second one is Signoware tumbler both worth of 900/- in Amazon 13th April 2024. I have received it 17th April 2024 approximately. I have received both the products as in defective condition and immediately raised replacement request. Then Amazon people have accepted it and given one day as picked date. But products have not picked up on the said date. Then I called Amazon customer people and again they have created one more replacement request. That also picked up has not done. Like this 6 times replacement requests have created but all the times the products have not been picked. Today I called Amazon to the know the reason for pickup failure. Their answer was simply we are not able to pick up the products. Sorry for that… We can’t help you like that. This is totally unfair. I need resolution for this. Kindly help me out
