I have ordered printer in amazon on 19/1/2021 during offer time. The ordered product dispatched and shipped in the same day itself. While tracking the shipment it is mentioned as undeliverable. So we contacted customer support. They said they will help. Next day the product again moved to jaipur. Later again it is mentioned as “The package is returning to seller” while tracking the product. After contacting customer support again they are simply saying that “sorry.. there is an error from our side(amazon). we cant help you and sorry for our mistake”. We said sorry wont give any resolution to your mistake. It is simply cheating customers by showing great offers. We have all proofs like invoice, screen shots and voice recordings. I need your help to get my product back.
