I am a customer of Amazon India since 2014. Of late they have tweeked their policies to con unsuspecting customers by promising returns or replacements and not honouring their promise. In this case i have bought a Wipro brand chair which is replaceable within 10 days. There was a design flaw which made the chair uncomfortable. Hence i raised it to customer service to replace or return my money, but they are refusing to do so
