I have been a consumer of Amazon India for nearly 5 years. Since the last 10 months I have been placing product orders with a guarenteed delivery date although all products are delivered 1-3 days after the guarenteed date is passed. Being an amazon prime customer I have paid for these and I have been cheated.
Everytime when I connect with the customer care I’m told it is delayed due to external factors ans it will not be done again.
