Hello
I ordered an item from the Amazon portal on August 30, 2023. Blue Dart delivery partner called me on September 2, 2023, to deliver the product to me. However, I did not receive the call and parcel. From September 4, 2023, onwards, I called Amazon Customer Service to track the order. I would have called around 10 times to track the order. Now, the Amazon customer service team telling me that the product has been delivered to me, whereas it was delivered to the Seller. All screenshots attached here both from Amazon and BlueDart
