I have ordered 2* SODIMM 1600MHz RAMs from Amazon India on 13AUG22 – received on 16AUG22 – Return picked up from me on 24AUG22 as both RAMs with 1600MHz aren’t compatible with my laptop – NOT REFUNDED till 09SEP – Contacted Amazon Support and being said that they cannot process refund as have received an Incorrect Item. I cross checked and later identified the RAM Serial Numbers I have received and returned are M471B5173EB0-YK0 & M471B5173QH0-YK0 but the order summary and warranty slip had mentions as M471B5173QH0-YK1 & M471B5173QH0-YK0. I explained the same with Amazon support with mentioned documents via email several time but they respond the same as they cannot refund and their decision is final. I raise this complaint against Amazon for sending me the Incorrect Item, recovered from me but refused to refund my money. Please help me.
