I have registered a complaint regarding Different serial number recived on the laptop which i have purchased from amazon on 5 May 2023 & packaging slip which is provided with it.
Same serial number is required to get lenovo laptop warranty from company.. Warranty is different because they sent a laptop made up on 2021,warranty was expired within 1 month of purchasing the laptop..
I have made a complaint
& it was registered at amazon customer care ticket number – D83412896 on 28/5/2023.
I have called almost every week regarding this issue at amazon customer care after that till 26 july. The only answer of representative was “call after 3 days “on every occassion i called.. And in the last they have removed my access to call on amazon.. The automatic caller answers that go to amazon app & get help from help section & thanks for calling amazon help..
