I have ordered a product from Amazon Egate i9 Pro-Max HD Android projector on 6th August 2021, Order Id is 402-0064519-5792309. The product was not delivered and delaying for delivery, so I raised for return, refund (from amazon app). But, in App it was showing different steps that the product was delivered, etc. then I contacted Amazon customer care and explained the whole scenario, But they said that seller is a third-party seller and I (Customer) have to contact to seller. I asked amazon to onboard the seller and it’s amazon’s responsibility to investigate and initiate refund. Although by amazon customer care request multiple times I spoke with the seller and the seller mentioned they didn’t deliver the product, so for refund, you can communicate to amazon. Surprisingly for refund Amazon e-kart service team also asking return the product for a refund, which I never got. Again and again, I am contacting Amazon customer service they are asking the same questions and same steps ( need to contact seller). although I told n numbers of times that I have communicated a total 3 times. even after raising last week’s request, today amazon dropped me an email that “They had delivered the product and the issue has been resolved”. what kind of mentality harassment by Amazon, Seller and indirectly they are saying I am theft. I have request n number of times to the amazon service center to check production logs or set up inquiries, easily it can be found who is wrong? they didn’t take any action. even I raised my voice on Twitter, other social media by tagging amazon India no response. really horrible. My money has been stuck for more than 1 month for this I am paying interest to my bank. Day by day they are doing mental harassment to me. It’s my humble request, Need serious action against amazon and seller. If something serious action is not taken then I don’t have any other option. for Proof I am attaching only email copy screen shots. But I have a voice clip and other proof, due to one attachment restriction not able to add here. If needed I will share.
