I ordered two products named ‘BIBA Women’s Cotton Layered and Tiered Below The Knee Dress’ with two different sizes (2XL and 3XL) from amazon-india on 13th Aug. On 20th August when I received a parcel from them, it should have had both the 2XL and 3XL sizes of the product, under the order ID ending with 1936. However, when I opened the packet I got only one item that too completely different. The outer packaging indicates two products should have been inside (seen in the attached image).
I then called the customer care on 20th Aug, who suggested that should place a return request of the 2XL item citing, wrong product received. Also, they suggested to file a missing product complaint of the 3XL item. After a few days, the wrong item was picked up (and received by Amazon), however the amount has not been issued yet. Now, they are refusing to issue refund for either of the two products.
I am attaching the picture of the wrong product and the outer packaging. Also, attaching the screenshot of the product details.
Please help me get the refund
