On 27th August I placed for New Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS, 44mm) – Silver Aluminium Case with White Sport Band with the ORDER # 402-3744277-9386747. On 28th August the product arrived with the issue of ‘Dead on Arrival’ meaningly the watch could not be turned on anyhow. On the same day, almost immediately I contacted 6 Amazon Executives at a series to put the issue. Though there was return or replace option active in the Amazon Website in my account till 4th August, the executes tried to convince me that I needed to contact Apple Service for warranty for the issues, and if they deny then I might further contact Amazon for replacement, no matter the replacement date is over or not. Now that, Apple Service is denying for replacement and suggesting us to contact Amazon. Again today on 10.08.2021 I contacted Amazon with the issue. But today they are talking in a different tone, i.e. they are informing that as the return date is over they have nothing to do with this. Now I seriously suspect if it is an Original Apple Product or a FAKE one! Hence I am at sea regarding the issue and I don’t know how to get back my hard earned money or how to opt for replacement further. So I am here to find some stable resolution.
