Subject: Amazon India has evidenced Systemic Violation of applicable Consumer protection Rights, Bad Faith, and Unfair Business Practice.
We ordered nutritional supplements from Amazon India in October 2025. We never received the products ( seller – vendor liaison Rameshwar Gautam – who sold items on Amazon India).
Nor did we receive our requested refund.
We paid monies to Amazon India. We have been made to waste multiple hours of our workday, by Amazon India- whose designated representatives have been disrespectful ( Abusive, and refused to provide any name, I.E. no Professional Accountability, No unique identifier), and abruptly disconnected our calls ( after making us spend multiple hours on the phone with them, over an extended period of several days).
We have been subject to Unwarranted Harassment by Amazon India.
On multiple occasions, we were promised our refund ( of our paid cash payment), but this was never refunded to us.
Amazon India has victimized us by Bureaucratic Runaround and Stonewalling – with no manifested tangible action.
On a Balance of Probability, it is very likely that there may be other Vulnerable Victims of such Unwarranted Harassment.
Amazon India has evidenced Systemic Violation of applicable Consumer protection Rights, Bad Faith, and Unfair Business Practice.
