This is unethical and unprofessional. Not expected from Amazon.
My order been cancelled without my consent.
1. You promised to deliver e-gift card in 5 minutes. Which was never done
2. You debit funds from my account and no gift card delivered
3. Funds credited to Amazon but no gift card delivered to me
4. You never care to call your customer about delays or issues with your
service
5. I have been calling since two days and you made all false promises and
fooling customers as issue will be resolved in next 5 hours, then 12 hours
and then 24 hours and finally 48 hours, which never happened
6. Finally you cancelled my order without my consent.
7. You held my funds for three days and no service fulfilled.
You check the updates in your system and check all recorded calls and
messages if any of my above statements are not true.
