I was supposed to get iPhone 15 128 go same day delivery which was yesterday this package is already been paid for, however I did not receive the package and I got a message that delivery partner couldn’t reach me but he never made an attempt to call me. I called up the Amazon customer care and spoke to representative called Shahrukh and he said he will ensure to get the package delivered. But still I didn’t get it. Today afternoon around 2 I called the Amazon customer service again and spoke to representative Siddharth and he said it will be delivered but I hasn’t been delivered and no action has been taken from Amazon till now. I do not have my package and my money is gone.
