This is my final escalation regarding Order 404-1412284-1209943 and refund amount of ₹40,505.00.
Amazon has already confirmed in writing that my refund of ₹40,505 has been issued. However, despite repeated contacts, I have still not received the refund.
I have already explained that the original payment source is blocked/inaccessible and therefore I cannot receive the refund through that source. I requested Amazon to provide an alternative permitted resolution, including processing the refund to my newly provided bank account or another available Amazon refund method.
Every time I contact customer support, I am only given another 48 hours / 5 days. This has happened repeatedly without any actual resolution.
I am therefore requesting the following immediately:
1. Confirm the exact current status of ₹40,505 refund.
2. Provide the Refund Reference / ARN / UTR.
3. Confirm the exact date on which the refund was processed.
4. If the refund was sent to the blocked original payment source, confirm whether it was successfully credited, rejected or returned.
5. If it was rejected/returned, immediately arrange a permissible alternative refund solution.
I am not requesting any additional investigation or another generic waiting period. The refund has already been approved and Amazon has confirmed this in writing.
Please do not provide another 48-hour/5-day assurance. I require a concrete resolution and refund reference.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will submit the complete correspondence, Amazon refund confirmation, order details and screenshots to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and pursue further consumer grievance proceedings for non-payment of an approved refund and repeated delay.
