I have fully paid 30,000 INR in advance to Amazon for new one plus 2 T mobile in this Great Indian Festival. Amazon did not send my mobile but only sent me bill.
Contacted customer support but no result. They don’t have proper resolution process and time line.
In the name of big company and celebration like GIF, Amazon is cheating to poor customer.
I have lost my hard earned money, so necessary actions should be taken against Amazon immediately.
