This is regarding my Order 403-5472188-0878750 with Amazon.. This product price was shown as Rs 350 and 13 % discount was given and I paid Rs 317.50 for this product. But when I received this product the MRP was Rs 280. ( Inclusive of all taxes). So i had been charged more than MRP which is illegal. I called up Amazon customer care on 21st October and informed the same with vasinavi. She did not reacted to my complaint even after providing the product images as a proof that the MRP is Rs 280.
Later i called on 28 Oct spoke with Salman and before that with another person. He was informing me that some Government charges are levied on it. I informed that in MRP (Inclusive of all taxes is written) He was not ready to accept the mistake made by Amazon team.Later i spoke with Salman but no resolution was given.
It is very clear that Amazon is Cheating the customers by charging more than MPR.As a last resort i am raising complaint with Consumer Forum as the behaviour of your customer support is not good and Amazon cheated me.
Also i gave my feedback about the product to the Customer care and it has not accepted my feedback and rejected my feedback. I have the documentary evidence and also the Audio evidence of the customer care representatives.
I want my review to be visible on the reviews as other customers should know how they are getting cheated by the online price game strategies of Amazon
Under any circumstances no seller can charge more than MRP.
I would request to raise a complaint on Amazon and proper justice to be made to me for their irresponsible behaviour of the Amazon Customercare and the penality for their mistakes.
