During Prime day sale event of Amazon.in, I took the Prime membership and a few minutes later, placed an order for Redmi 9 phone and was shown that by using HDFC credit card, I would get INR 1250 cash back. I followed all these steps and was not given the cash back. I took it up with customer care, provided all the screenshots, messages with timestamps and a week later, they came back and denied the cash back.
Absolutely poor display of customer service and dishonoring of terms and conditions shown on the checkout page to customers.
