Text of Complaint by Dev:

Order number 403-2907582-6602751, Product Treo by Milton Bruno glass Jar 2500ml, Order date 11th August, 2020. Delivery date 23 August 2020.

This product was delivered completely damaged owing to fact that the seller did not even take minimum care for protection of the glass. There was no bubble paper or foam. A simple “handle with care” sticker which is norm for glass materials, was not used. Amazon is now asking to self return the product only after which will the refund can start. This is absurd – amazon takes the commission from buyer and seller. Amazon should hold accountability for end-to-end refund and not leave it for customer to take responsibility of returning the product.

It is like all the commission and profit and sweet for amazon but when it comes to responsibility, amazon is does not own up to it. Pathetic service from amazon and I demand justice for such company which boasts of being world leader but holds no accountability after taking cut of the commission.
