I was placed an order on amazon.in of amount INR Rs 395. by paytm bank debit card but due to delivery issue I cancelled it on same day but the refund that was initiate by the merchant is not received by me till now as its being 13 days of cancelling. bank is suggesting me to fill the form but due to lockdown I am unable to do that . please suggest me what to do
