I have ordered two items on 20 th Dec 2020 from Amazon.in. Due to the Non-Delivery of item I have cancelled both the items on 21st Dec 2020. Eventhough I have cancelled, due to technical problem it cannot cancelled from frontend. So I contacted customer service and cancelled those items at backend. But even after 2 weeks of continuos follow up also I didn’t receive the refund yet. Here is the order I’d : 171-4977694-3356340
