I have ordered 6 kurtas from amazon on 17 Jan but on 22nd Jan only 1 kurta is delivered which was completely different from what I ordered and 5 kurtas were not delivered. I lodged complaint of the same on 24 Jan and investigation was carried out by amazon and they assured me when I return 1 kurta refund will be initiated and they will provide me replacement of other 5 kurtas . On 2nd Feb these 5 kurtas were about to delivered but only 1 was again delivered and rest 4 marked delivered without actually delivering the same. Now when I talk to customer care agent they are talking very rudely saying product is delivered and we won’t do anything and cut the call.
