Dear sir,
I had purchased the Redmi Note 5 Pro (Gold, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) mobile through amazon in online sell on 13th of November 2021 having order number #403-4277774-7591538. In June i had faced the issue of mobile phone battery and as this mobile is having 1 year of warranty. I have visited the MI authorized service center. When they entered my mobile IMEI number in their system it showed shocking information. it showed this was secondary sales IMEI, only allowing OOW Repair (kindly checked the attached image). Means this mobile is not the original one and doesn’t have a warranty. Also this description of the mobile is showing Redmi Note 4 Pro (refer the attached image) and its motherboard and other parts were tampered.
Also i got to know that this mobile is secondary sale and it’s warranty is started from 15-02-2020 and it was expired on 15-02-2021. As I have purchased this product in Nov 2020. How the warranty was started in Feb 2020. This is big fraud Amazon is doing with the Indian People.
I have filed the compliant to the amazon on 12 June 2021 But yet amazon didn’t provide me the resolution.
While purchasing this product I have paid the full amount of the original phone but amazon sold me the secondary sale and tampered mobile. This seems like your Amazon or there seller is doing big fraud with the Indian customers to make them fool . This is a very serious concern. Kindly take the necessary action on the Amazon.
