Hello,
I have purchased one product which description “(Renewed) Ant Audio Rock 900 Trolley Party Speaker with Karaoke with FM Radio, Micro SD Card, USB, Wired & Wireless Mic, LED Lights & 12inch Subwoofer – 90 watt” but actually they have sent renewed product Zoook Thunder XXL 70w single mic trolley speaker. When I raised return request they have done internal investigation from order details and photos I sent to their application. But after 48hours when I inquired about status they have replied they have sent correct product and denied for replacement or refund and disconnected my call two times when I called for resolution. Even I extended my cooperation for more investigation with video call or physical visit but they are not listening or helping anymore. So please give them notice so that they will not do with other customer in India.
