Hi, It’s been more than one month since I have been coordinating with the amazon team for my refund INR 17,990. The Amazon team is claiming that they have refunded and given me a refund reference number. But I checked with my bank personally and the bank is stating that they have not received any transaction from amazon with the given reference number. I have also attached the bank’s response. I can clearly see there is some issue at amazon side as they are not providing enough proof like transaction no or mode of transaction that will let me know if transaction is actually been done by them or not. This is completely unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional behavior from the Amazon Team.
