The delivery guy was 5 kms away from the delivery location when he called for the delivery. The delivery guy number is +918061914444. He said he will not deliver the package to anybody to doorstep. And if we want the product, he said to “Come and collect to the location I’m now or come back and collect from the main location”. I said please take the product back, I’ll cancel the order. He insisted not to cancel the order, asked me to come and collect if i need because he will lose more money on the petrol and also he will not get more profit.
He started calling me back to back like 15-20 times to come and collect the order. I said him to go back and I had already cancelled the order. He also said “You’ll have hard time getting the product and also hard time getting the refund”. He took the OTP by saying “You need to provide the OTP to confirm the order cancellation”. After collecting the OTP he said “Now come and collect the order from my place. I’ll not deliver the order again even if it comes to this address again”.
He was so rude and had very bad behaviour. Now the status of the order says “Delivered and not eligible for the refund”. I’ve no product and I’ve no refund. These guys collect the OTP by false positives. Please take strict action against this guy or get my money refunded.
