I name is Rajat Jain and I am holding an Amazon account to buy things but on 18-12-2020, Amazon had locked my account due to suspicious transactions. Then I sent an email to them explaining what was happening that day and how and why I tried attempted multiple transactions (all of them were failed transactions) but amazon couldn’t respond. Moreover, amazon asked me to send my Billing copy of the Credit Card and sent them many times but Amazon didn’t unlock my account till date.
