I have an account with Amazon for over 10 years and have hundreds of orders placed in both Amazon.com and Amazon.in.
Last month, they have closed my account all of a sudden and did not provide the reason for the same. All my money in Amazon Pay and Amazon Gift Cards are simply blocked and taken away from me.
Amazon customer support is not replying to emails for past 5 weeks. There is no support provided over phone. This is absolutely not acceptable to take away my money without giving any reasons. Amazon has rights to close the account for their own reasons, but they cannot lock money which does not belong to them.
