Amazon has cancelled the return pickup of damaged products

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had placed an order with Amazon on 28-Sep for “Treo by Miton” glasses but received 1 broken glass in the package. I have recorded a video as well of the received package.
I have placed the return request 2 times but both the times it is cancelled by Amazon and the reason is not known.
On Oct-6, Amazon customer care promised that the package will be collected on Sunday, 9th Oct but it was not collected and the app shows as “Return pickup failed”.
I have not received any call from courier person for the cancellation .

Can you refund my amount and take this product back , else i will need to escalate this issue further. I dont know why Amazon is doing this ?
