Hello,
I have ordered the mobile from the Amazon India website which is: OPPO F17 Pro (Matte Black, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) and while placing the order one promo code applied automatically by the Amazon team only. After 2 days Amazon India has cancelled my product automatically without asking me and when i called they are giving me false information that product gets damaged in the shipment. I have requesting them that if the product gets damaged in the shipment than i think its their responsibility to send me the another product with the same promotion which is applied to me previously and re-dispatch the package again as it gets damaged by them only, but they are denying and saying me that we cannot give you the promotion and will not send the new package.
Now they are saying that pay full amount only and than only you will get the product and also not giving me the promotion which is wrong. Please help me in the solution.
