Text of Complaint by Samyukta Girish:

I had ordered a pencil box from Amazon which came in the wrong color along with other Items. I applied for refund and called customer care to complained. The executive promised a replacement with right color and forgot to cancel the refund. They collected the item separately for refund and when the replacement product came, they said they cannot give it without the old product. Now I am left with Amazon pay balance refund which is of no use and no product. They have been consistently delivering wrong products and forcefully compensating in Amazon pay balance.
