I have placed a grocery order (order ID: 171-2418113-6339561)on 1st march which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd march 2020. But on that day, i got message that product got delivered whereas i haven’t received any call regarding the same.
So i raised complaint and followed it up till 7th March without any resolution till one of the gentleman (was very rude) from customer support asked me to wait till 11th march 2020 as they are investigating this issue.
When i called on 11th march 2020, again Sikha S from customer support team saying, that investigation is completed and product has already been delivered to you. And kept repeating same.
Still I don’y have answer for what went wrong :
1. First of all, i didn’t get any call from delivery executive regarding this.
2. When i tried to call them, they were either busy or unreachable.
3. Update in order was, package handed over to me whereas nobody contacted me
4. Even though all my earlier orders delivered successfully, this one shouldn’t have this issue
5. Most important thing is, we don’t know if investigation was done or not as no one tried to take my opinion on this
6. Sikha S from CS, is saying that investigation is done at ground level, whereas i’m still at home waiting for someone from amazon ll visit/call me
7. Can i get delivery proof or investigating persons details to know if this is fake or real one
