Dear Sir
I ANJANA PRASAD CHEKURI from RAJAHMUNDRY Andhra pradesh wish to submit the following for your kind attention and necessary action.
I have logged to purchase AMAZON GIFT CARD through MONEYVOUCHER.STORE on 17th march 2021. They send an SMS that my order is successfully placed and payment done through my Bajaj EMI card (Rs.28090/-) I have not received any gift card/voucher so far and my monthly EMI generated from Bajaj from April 2021.
In the welcome letter of Bajaj it is said that they have paid Rs.28090/-to AMAZON ONLINE DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED BANGALORE through my EMI network card for the purchase. I met the BAJAJ people at our place and also worte emails to resolve the issue. All of them told that they cant do any thing regarding this issue and adviced me to contact AMAZON people. They gave me transaction ID:107660868983 for reference.
I sent e-mail to Amazon people regarding this issue referring the transaction ID. They clarified that they have not any relation with the said company AMAZON ONLINE DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, BANGALORE and the transaction ID is also not belongs to them.
Then I went through the google search and found that the AMAZON ONLINE DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and AMAZON INDIA REGISTERED OFFICE BANGALORE are in the same address i.e: Brigade Gateway, 8th floor, 26/1, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Malleshwaram(W), Bangalore-560055, Karnataka, India. I tried to send emails available in the google search but failed.
Now I am in the panic situation and the BAJAJ people forcing me to pay EMI regularly. otherwise charges may apply from their side and from my ECS bank.
Hence I requst you sir to please go through the matter and do the necessary help to resolve the issue as early as possible
