I purchased Amazon gift from their application of worth Rs 5500.
When I went to redeem the card I got message saying that this card has already been claimed by someone. I haven’t shared that information with anyone but still it is showing as claimed. Upon raising complaint with Amazon, they are saying that they can’t help as it is showing as claimed. Feeling helpless now.
