Text of Complaint by Senthil Kumar Annadurai:

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 7-Feb i have ordered an bundle of products for ₹11,597 in Amazon. Order number – 402-3988181-6750766

But Amazon had made mistakes in it.

First mistake : I paid money for fresh product, but you gave an used product which has tempered glass pasted on the screen, Gmail and WhatsApp are configured by previous buyer.

Second mistake : i have returned the used product on 14-Feb, proof of return screen shot attached. You have not refunded my money within the stipulated process time of 3-5 working days.

Third mistake : Your app for my account says my refund has been done on 20-Feb. For which proof of attachment says a lie.

Fourth mistake : Your RRN is not paid to SBI, branch manager confirmed that.

Fifth mistake: when i ask for refund aahet 10 days, your customer care is begging for time now than the stipulated time.

I want my refund immediately.
