Ordered fresh products and it showed time slot as 8-12 pm . After the time passed I contact with the customer service and they informed me that the delivery agent would deliver it for the next slot before 4pm.

After that time has passed a contact to the again and the confirmed that the agent would deliver it before 9:00 p.m. and I have records of the chat agent telling me they have contacted the delivery person and they are on the way only to find out , just a couple of minutes later that the delivery was cancelled due to items being refused!

I waited phone call for 45 minutes and more for the agent to transfer the call to a higher authority team agent but the call just got this connected and the last thing he told me was to order again and they will make so it doesn’t happen.

As we stay a little away from the city and as I don’t have any vehicle to travel I ordered again only to find out that it has again been cancelled so today I called the agent and the same thing happened as yesterday the just disconnected the call and the last agent I chatted with told me shamelessly to order again.

Amazon fresh is misleading and falsely advertising delivery of fresh products shamelessly taking our money which again will be his refunded in 3 to 5 days according to their convenience.

they have absolutely no regards 2 what customers go through.
