Hi, I am David I ordered the Mobile in Amazon in 4th june 2023 ID#408-7351354-3185151,i found issue in mobile upper speaker has damaged and front camera blurry,then I tried to return and need refund the product. I applied the refund option in 8 th june 2023 time was around 4.15 pm.2 Day after customer care calling time was around 5.35pm from Amazon in 8925415711 this number,””she told sorry sir we don’t have a technician your nearby location so now you can tell me what’s problem on your mobile, I say “I am order this mobile in Amazon I found mobile has problem in speaker so I return my product and refund or replacement need” . She say “okey sir I understand I’ll give after the process we give replacement” Okey then she tell process

After all the process she told skip I am asking why you told skip . Then I am suddenly put the finger print on test time she told don’t put the finger print sir, you Repeatly do all thinks after I cut the mobile(I call after some time) , I all thinks are do like she says(skiped). Then after she call ok sir thanks your support what you need sir Refund Or Return, I say Return, she say after product will come you check mobile has any problem you can refund the amount.i say Okey mam thanks.””
After waiting several days and checking the Amazon application shows your return date has expired.
Now am realize the Amazon customer is fraud about the return product.kindly help to return the product and this kind of return policy is very important to punishment those customer service person.below I attached file FYI.
