Subject: Complaint about wrong delivery of products
Respected Sir/ Madam,
This letter is in the reference of the order number 171-9849712-1850728
placed on 15/09/2021 of product Redmi note 10s (deep sea blue. 6gbram. 64gb
storage). My name is Sekh Ahteshamuddin and I am writing this letter to
bring to your kind notice that I received the wrong product in the delivery
made on 16/09/2021. I ordered Redmi note 10s deep sea blue (6gb/64gb) and I
received a deferent phone box with charger and data cable only
I contacted customer service many times and wanted help but no one helped and everyone kept me in deception. I want my phone money back.I hope you will take immediate action
